Nishant Agarwal
Founder & Director
Nishant spent 12 years at Shell, the FTSE 100 oil and gas major, in commercial finance. He worked across the business, from corporate treasury and UK retail to global customer accounts and lubricants, and led the finance side of some of the sector’s largest customer tenders.
He’s building an operating and investment group with real conviction, hands-on in every company he backs. Three ventures today, across energy, defence technology, and enterprise IT, with agriculture and renewable energy next. He is Founder and Director of Oiltech Solutions, a director of Profex Engineering, and Chief Strategic Officer of Cidroy.
Away from the businesses, he spends time with family and loves cooking with them.

After 12 years in global energy finance, Nishant Agarwal started Oiltech to do exactly that, to take real positions in real companies and help build them, at the table on strategy, capital, and the commercial detail that decides whether something works.
